At Treadway at New Trails Apartments, we strive to maintain clear guidelines regarding rent payments and late fees to ensure a smooth rental experience for our residents. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month, providing residents with ample time to submit their payment. Late fees are applied if payment is not received by the designated due date. Specifically, late fees of $150 are applied on the 2nd of the month for any outstanding rent payments. Additionally, an additional $25 daily fee will accrue until the outstanding balance is paid in full. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage residents to communicate with our leasing office if they anticipate difficulty making their rent payment on time. Our team is here to assist and provide support to ensure that rent payments are made promptly and that any late fees are avoided whenever possible. Each occupant over 18 will receive an access fob at move-in, granting access to your building and clubhouse amenities.
